VEEMS trim optimization module is a real time decision support tool for ship’s staff to monitor and maintain optimum trim, thereby reducing fuel consumption
A minimum saving of 2% to 3% is expected, depending on the type of ship

Data from Sensor is processed and saved in discrete data blocks of 6 minutes. It is only a matter of specifying the start and end time of a report for the user to get all calculated value from the program
A report scheduler alerts the user on pending reports
Automated report sequencing guides user to prepare the appropriate report
Manual input allows uninterrupted operation even in the case of sensor failure while maintaining traceability of the data
Any reports can be exported in excel format and can be modified as per user

Data transmission takes place automatically via web service using the V-SAT or FBB connection available on the ship
